We had a BBQ this Saturday and once again Blue Collar Catering exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious and Barbara our server was truly a delight. My friends couldn't stop raving about the food, even making to go bags for themselves. I will continue to use Blue Collar catering for all my events.

This past Saturday Blue Collar catered my husband's 75th birthday party. The food, the presentation and the service was outstanding. Thank you for helping to make our day so special!

My daughter's first birthday party was the second time we have had off premise catering done by Blue Collar Catering. Both times we went with the Hot Buffet Package and the food was incredible!! The set up and delivery each time was right on time and done perfectly.

This time we decided to have a server, to help out and did we make the right decision!! Barbara was amazing and helped make the party go so smoothly! There was a little issue where French fries didn't show up with the chicken fingers, things happen but my nephew couldn't eat anything but French fries due to a food allergy, so it was a little bit of a bummer. Things happen, no big deal. However, Barbara and the Blue Collar crew more than came through for us. Barbara offered to go get French fries for us and she did!! Then while she was out the chef met up with her and gave her a whole tray of fresh fries for us!!! I mean, talk about customer service. It was incredible and so very appreciated! I could not have enjoyed myself as much as I did without Barbara. Thank you Barbara!!

We hired Blue Collar catering for a party we had and could not be happier with the service. Everything from start to finish was exceptional.
The wait staff and bar tender was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for the level of service provided the food was exceptional! All of our guests complimented their service. We will use them without hesitation at our next event.

We have hired Blue Collar Catering on a few occasions. Most recently we did the Clam
Bake with two servers, Matt and Peggy. The food was cooked to perfection and Matt and Peggy couldn't be more accommodating. Every guest was bragging about how nice they were and how terrific the food was. Thank you for making the event so wonderful.

We've ordered from there 3 times. The best mini Ruebens we've ever had. Also excellent penne-vodka, Mac-n-cheese, and pulled pork, and outstanding chicken francese. Great service!
